The People has Spoken and 2024' Sexiest Man Alive is Crowned, John Krasinski, as the Internet have mixed reviews

Before the official announcement on December 14th, People Magazine boosted anticipation among the world, and the public had their lions sizzling as the 2024 Sexiest Men Alive. Ding ding! We have a winner, ladies and gentlemen. The dork paper salesman who has captivated our hearts in the American adaptation of The Office tells People Magazine, "‘Is this the day that I'll be asked to be Sexiest Man Alive?’ And yet it was the day you guys did it. You guys have raised the bar for me.”

A nation has been split with mixed reviews as some were either not disappointed or excited with the result. An even more shocking reaction was when Selena's the-heart-wants-what-it-wants singer's lover, Benny Blanco, was featured in a Super Sexy Content headline one-page cover that received a buzz on the internet with the fear of reigning as the People's Sexiest Men Alive 2024. A comment with a sigh of relief stated, "Oh thank god, the Benny Blanco thing was scaring me!" after crowning Krasinski the winner.
People Magazine angered the internet, TikTok, and Instagram, where they flooded inraged comments mentioning other valid candidates did not cut. The list has ranged from Pedro Pascal, Jensen Ackles, Jonathan Bailey, and Paul Mescal to Glen Powell. The list goes on. Words on the street speculated that John Krasinski was not the first choice. It was exclusively Pedro Pascal who was approached but refused to accept the title. We love it when a man does not need external validation from the mass audience to boost their ego. (A green flag, if you ask me!)
